Oh, how sweet! Happiness is a choice, and this gal has obviously made the choice to be happy & dance every day rather than dwell on her diagnosis. Good for her, and thanks for sharing such an uplifting video!

I love this share; thank you. It could be a double app issue for others to access, requiring Facebook and a Tik Tok embed. I have FB, but I often can't play TT stuff on my laptop. It worked this time. :)

Access aside -- What a fun and inspiring video! I've long thought that "dance parties" are a great way to keep active and avoid depression after my 103yo grandmother enthusiastically showed me her cha-cha moves when I played some music for her. She was all smiles.

Even if the dancing is just hand moves while seated, dancing to music from one's youth seems like an excellent therapy for elders. The documentary Alive Inside also showed an exciting connection between hearing familiar music and memory.
