Find Care & Housing
Moldstar, can you elaborate on the situation? Who is proxy under the POA, and for whom? What's the relationship to the beneficiary ?

Your other post intimates that someone has died; was this your father? (If so, I'm sorry to learn about your loss. Hopefully we can offer suggestions to ease whatever problems have arisen with the proxy.)

But from your posts, I assume someone has died, the proxy was responsible for expenses which a beneficiary is now questioning? What kind of expenses are these? Is this for your father? Do you suspect improper activities or expenditures?

More information will yield more detailed responses.

I agree with Garden Artist - it is hard to answer not having all of the facts.
But I can give one piece of information that may help. Before monies are distributed from an estate, all outstanding bills must be paid.
